Happy New Year! We hope 2012 finds you happy and healthy.
On November 18th we started the holiday season right and had a great time collecting new pajamas for students of Saint Ignatius and Our Mother of Sorrows Elementary Schools. All who participated did a terrific job of decorating gift bags to package these wonderful gifts to those in need. Thanks to all those who attended!
We're now ready to kick off 2012 with our 5th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Birthday Party on Sunday, January 15th! Join with us at the Haverford Township Library and learn about MLK's life and legacy and how we can make an attempt to live out his message right here in our community!
We hope to see you on the 15th.....RSVP by January 12th if you can make it!

| Martin Luther King, Jr.
Birthday Party
Generous Generations is organizing a birthday party for Martin Luther King, Jr. The celebration will include story time, an introduction to MLK's life, a craft, and birthday cake! This year we are collecting hats, mittens and scarves (all sizes) for those in need through the Community Action Agency of Delaware County. Additionally, we will have a donation jar available as a thank you to the Haverford Township Public Library for their meeting space and to support the ever-important cause of literacy.
This event is geared toward kids 8 and under, but all are welcome!
Date: Sunday, January 15th
Time: 3pm - 4pm
Location: The Haverford Township Library Community Room (lower level)
